Hi, I'm Robyn. A wife, Mom, Nana Jesus lover, and your faith-led, low-carb lifestyle coach. For 50 years, I tried to lose weight on every diet known to man.

I felt out of control with food — especially sugar and carbs — and no longer trusted my body or myself. Hormonal changes, low energy, and increasing body pain only intensified as I became older. 

I finally realized that if I was going to create sustainable weight loss and take my health seriously, I needed to understand nutrition in a way that felt simple and doable.

I realized I didn’t need another strict plan—I needed one that fit me. Something simple, doable, and sustainable. A lifestyle that made health feel lighter and more enjoyable. And now, I’m ready to share it with you.

This episode was completely unplanned… but after the way my body has been feeling lately, I knew I needed to share this.
Over the past few months, I’ve cut way back on sugar and processed carbs — not from a place of restriction, but because I wanted to feel better in my body. And honestly, the difference has been eye-opening.
In this episode, I’m sharing the changes I’ve noticed with inflammation, energy, cravings, and how my body feels overall. I also share a moment from my grandkids’ field day that really made me realize how different I’ve been feeling lately.
